This is a 6 week program that commenced on Jan 9/17 and continues till Feb 17/17. You will be eating a real, whole-foods based meal plan combined with exercises that highlight the “7 primal movement patterns” ( squat, bend, lunge, push, pull, twist and gait). The program includes both Good Energy boot camp classes and Eldoa movement classes.
To boost metabolism, eliminate sugar cravings and rid your body of unwanted fat with an eating strategy that includes recipes which are energy boosting, nutritious and have healing properties.
