Project Description


Bring your favourite course to each meeting for everyone to share. Guest speakers will teach us best practices for choosing and preparing the right types of food, as well as healthy alternatives

April 26 – Appetizers

May 17 – Salads

June 14 – First Course

September 13 – Second Course

Oct 25 – Dessert

Nov 22 – Midnight Snack

Once a month on a Wednesday evening from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m.
