CAN-BIKE Programs

Project Description

Cycling Canada’s CAN-BIKE program is a series of progression courses taught on all aspects of cycling, to ride safely, effectively, and enjoyably on the road. Program development is coordinated through Cycling Canada, with help from National Examiners/Instructors. Course delivery and administration takes place through CAN-BIKE Delivery Agents, such as community associations, municipal departments, service groups and the efforts of independent instructors.

Cycling Canada are the owners of the CAN-BIKE program, and provides information related to the program. Scheduling and delivery of courses are conducting by it’s certified instructors, either independently or through municipal organizations within each province/territory. To locate an instructor within your region, please refer to our “Contacts” page, or send us email where we can connect you with one.

Our CAN-BIKE 2 Course and our CAN-BIKE Instructor course were both a great success! Despite the cold weather, our instructor, Jacqueline Snyder (far left) and all our participants, showed up and completed the course with flying colours! The Environment Network would like to thank everyone for coming out and participating.
