Location

Project Goal

To improve the physical and mental health and well being of those with Parkinson's and other movement disorders through dance. Peer review studies indicate dance offers greater cognitive, physical and emotional benefits than functional fitness. There are 40 members of the Collingwood Parkinson's Support group. Our aim is to enrich this community through regular movement to music classes.
